  • How do I pay?
    Our payments are very flexible, we except payments online via paypal, we also except credit/debit cards and cash payments at our gym.
  • What membership packages are available?
    We have wide variety of membership packages to suit your needs. They start from a daily pass all the way upto a 12 month membership package. The longer you sign up for the cheaper each month becomes. Click here for more details on membership packages and prices.
  • Do you have any classes?
    No, we don't offer any classes at our facilities, but we do offer 1 on 1 personal training which needs to be book in advance click here for more details. We also offer gym inductions click here for more details.
  • How do I renew my membership?
    You can renew your membership at the counter via cash/credit/debit card or you can pay online via paypal.
  • Do you have Wifi?
    Yes we do have Wifi for our members to use whilst using the gym.
  • I have a free pass to try the gym, what do I need to do?"
    First of all congratulations on taking the first step into a healthier lifestyle. To activate your pass make sure you have the free pass emailed to you with your code, then come in and see the staff at reception, they will take care of the rest.   • Can I change my membership package?
    Yes you can, we are very flexible. Once your current membership runs out you can renew with any package you like. For more information on membership pakages click here.
  • How do I book a personal trainer?
    You can book a personal trainer by calling us or coming into our gym. For more information click here.
  • How old do I need to be to join your gym?
    You need to be 18 years of age to join, however if you are 16 or 17 years of age you need a parent to sign our consent form.
  • I have lost my membership card, can I get a new one?"
    Yes you can, There will be a £3 charge for a new card.
  • Do you have lockers available?
    Yes we have many lockers available and you need your own padlock to use the lockers. We also sell combination padlocks for £5.00. Lockers are only for use whilst in the gym, any lockers locked overnight will be emptied. Whilst using the gym please do not leave any valubles in the locker without locking it.
  • How do I make a complaint?
    We strive to do our best in delivering a high level of customer service, but if for any reason we have not performed according to your expectation or we have made any mistakes we would like to here it from you so we can take the necessary steps to continuously improve. To discuss a complaint please speak to the owners Yasin or Saf alternatively you can email them by clicking here and filling out our short online form.
  • I don't want to use your gym any more, what do I need to do?"
    If for any reason you want to leave our gym you don't need to do anything, either leave when you've made your decision or use up your remaining membership package. If you have any concerns you would like us to address please get in touch with us by clicking here we will try our best to make things better.
